"This is terrible!" Cloche paced around her bedroom, utterly distraught. "Awful! Who would do such a thing?! Someone in our midst is very immoral, and I swear that once I find whoever it is, he will answer for this!"

"Lady Cloche, please, calm down." Leglius stood against the wall, arms crossed, and tried to think through the situation logically. Doing so was rather hard with Cloche darting about the room and promising hell for whichever idiot decided it would be a bright idea to rob her (especially of something like this), but for that unknown idiot's sake, he needed to find an answer. Fast.

"Calm? Calm?!" Cloche stopped pacing. She spun on her heel and glared at the guard captain. "How can you ask me to remain calm when someone in this very building has taken my..." She stopped short, momentarily, as her cheeks turned a rather bright shade of pink. "... m-my bra?!" Of course, Leglius practically twitched at the word. Cloche continued, "As captain of the guard, it's your duty to find out who is responsible for this!"

He sighed. This was... certainly a different mystery for the Grand Bell. "How do you even know for sure it was stolen? Could you have just misplaced it? Is it in the wash?"
She rolled her eyes. "Of course it's not in the wash, it was my black bra! My only black bra, because I have only one black outfit! Have you seen me wear my black outfit lately?" He shook his head, and she nodded once, firmly. "I thought not. I wouldn't misplace it either! I always take proper care of all of my garments, as do all of my handmaidens! Someone has to have taken it, and who other than a pervert would do such a thing?!"

There was a knock on the doorframe. "My Lady Cloche?" A young woman stepped in, a tape measure draped over one shoulder and a small book of material samples in one hand. "I'm here to measure you for a replacement bra, in case the other cannot be found."
"Oh, very well," Cloche said, with a sigh. Her anger dissipated a bit (it always did when her handmaiden came to help) and she was left simply resigned, and a little bit pouty. The handmaiden slipped into the room, found a pedestal and began setting everything up. Cloche took off her headdress, and then gave Leglius an expectant look.

As did the handmaiden.

The guard captain simply blinked at them.

"Leglius, please excuse us. Go find that thief."

"But I don't have very much to go on."

"But we can't begin as long as you're in here!"

"I won't be in the way."

Cloche couldn't believe what she was hearing. Was he really that clueless? "C-Captain, do you know what I have to do to be properly fitted for this?"

He shook his head. "No. I don't. But I think you would agree that it doesn't matter, if you want me to properly find the one behind this. I just have a few more q--"

"It does indeed matter!" She was blushing all over again. "I-If you won't listen to simple logic and courtesy, then obey me as your Holy Maiden! I said, OUT!!"

The guard captain darted out of Lady Cloche's bedroom as if his life depended on it, and he heard the handmaiden slam the door behind him. He slowed once he reached the end of the hallway, dragging a hand down his face as he sighed heavily. "Of all the things that someone could have taken..." He shook his head. If any of his soldiers were behind this, so help him--
He was shaken out of his thoughts as he rounded the corner and very nearly tripped over something. He regained his balance, glanced over... He rolled his eyes. "That stupid robot." With some more grumbling, he nudged the black sentry-bot with the toe of his boot. "At least it's not on. It probably would have attacked me for catching it off-guard." He turned to address anyone within earshot, "Someone, contact Laude. I need to have a word with him about leaving his equipment lying around."

And once he was gone... the lid of the robot opened. Jacqli took a deep breath and pulled herself out of the top, which was suddenly a much harder ordeal than before, what with two new obstacles on her chest weighing down her every motion. She grumbled to herself, perched on the edge of the robot's opening, and looked down at herself. At least her harmbody suit was designed to accommodate any Reyvateil, and so stretched to fit her new shape. However, on its own, support was... lacking. Of course, that was what her new garment was for! She didn't expect the Holy Maiden to figure out it was missing so quickly. Perhaps she underestimated how observant the young woman really was. Well, at least no one could suspect her. No one even knew she was here.

She held up the black bra with both hands, by the straps, and squinted at it. "How are these comfortable?" she wondered aloud, but then she looked down again and sighed. "Well, it can't feel any worse than this. Ugh. I don't know how this happened, but it had better be temporary. Annoying..."
